Shipping

It is highly suggested that insurance is purchased to preserve the safe arrival of your package. If your products are damaged upon arrival from the United States Postal Service (USPS), please contact them for a refund due to all packages to include insurance in their shipping costs. Hair Toga is NOT responsible for replacing any items or compensation of said item(s). Please contact your local post office or USPS for a refund or compensation for damaged goods. If we are out of stock upon ordering, please send us an email inquiring about your request and we will notify you via email when your requested product arrives. After payment has been received, your order will be shipped the following day. Standard shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days. This does NOT include weekends and/or the holiday seasons.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally to a “physical address” ONLY. Post Office box (P.O. Box) or mailing center is not applicable. When mailing internationally, custom fees may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries this is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is very important to research and understand your custom fees in your country. If your package is held in customs, it may take an additional 1-5 business days for them to inspect your package. Hair Toga will not be responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions or fees levied by country of destination.

Cancellations

You may cancel your initial order anytime within 2 business days of the original purchase date. Please email us at Tonja@HairToga.com. Please make sure to carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase such as the items desired for purchase, your correct delivery address, and any contact information (correct phone number, email address, etc.) for us to connect with you. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address that was received, a new shipping charge will be applied.

Lost / Stolen Packages

*Hair Toga is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. There will be no refunds for lost or stolen packages and cannot be replaced without a new order. *All packages will come with a tracking number. *If you will not be home when the package is expected to arrive, you can request to have your package held at your local post office until it is retrieved.
